Three lessons teach students to assess the time they spend daily in different areas of their lives, how to balance their time, and how to evaluate priorities. The lessons are 45 minutes long and are meant for an entire class, utilizing small-group time as well. Each of the three lessons includes a detailed lesson plan, lists of materials needed, and questions to help guide a constructive conversation.
