The My Plan for Tomorrow Personal Workbook is part of the overall My Plan for Tomorrow course, for students ages 13 through young adult. The Personal Workbook guides the student through step-by-step goal-setting worksheets, self-evaluation forms and planning charts. It compliments the Large Group Lessons, Small Group Lessons and One-on-One mentoring times. The majority of the Workbook is intended for the student to complete his or her first year in the course. The final section is for annual goal/plan evaluations and new goal-setting and plans. These annual evaluations and plans are completed with the help of the student’s mentor.
