This curriculum set offers six in-depth lessons on talent. Students will learn to recognize their own talents, and will come to understand the value God places on them and their talents. The lessons discuss being a talent-plus person, having initiative and focus, preparing and practicing talents, maintaining perseverance and courage in the face of adversity, having a teachable spirit and strong character, and using talent in a team. These lessons are intended to increase a student’s self-awareness, and reinforce positive messages about their humanity and value. Lessons are 45 minutes long, and each contains a lesson plan with specific questions to help guide the conversation.
