The Servant Leadership Lessons series contains resources for growing in character and personal discipline to serve and lead others. These lessons focus on understanding that leadership carries influence and the importance of personal growth to ensure you are leading well and with an attitude of service.

Note: The Leadership Development Global Resource Curriculum was originally written for use among young adults in small groups and mentoring sessions. Many lessons throughout the curriculum include sections for care group and mentoring discussions. These sections can be used for personal reflection if not in a small group setting. However, seeking a mentor is highly recommended for personal support and opportunity to ask questions.
