Thinking About My Future Goals - Year 2

This collection of four individual lessons helps students evaluate their personal goals through a biblical and thoughtful perspective. They will create a timeline of major events in their lives in order to discuss how these events have influenced who they are. This knowledge, plus an examination of various passages of scripture, will help them articulate their goals and ambitions. They will learn to recognize and evaluate the obstacles that may stand between them and their goals, and give them the confidence and critical thinking skills to face adversity and work toward a solution. The lessons reinforce the idea that each individual is created by God and that He has a purpose for each life. Each of the four lessons includes a lesson plan, a list of necessary materials, time requirements, and a conversation and question guide.
