The lesson “Sense of Hearing” teaches children to identify that their ears are used for the sense of sound. Each child will be able to identify 2-3 objects by the sound they make. Each child will also adjust his or her sounds to be louder, softer, faster, and slower. The lesson includes guided instructions for the teacher, including preparation, a script, and suggested activities to facilitate further learning in a fun and interactive manner. This lesson is designed for children between 3-5 years, and is the 1st lesson in the 1st Year “Who Am I?” unit.
